Meditation Gathering

Step away from the rat race and enjoy a moment of peace.

This weekly Meditation Gathering is a gentle, welcoming space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself — no pressure, no performance, and no expectation to “do meditation right.”

Whether you’ve never meditated before in your life or you have an established daily practice, you are warmly welcome here. Each session is intuitively guided and designed to meet you exactly where you are on that day.

Together, we’ll create a calm, supportive environment where you can:

  • soften your nervous system

  • quiet the mental noise

  • reconnect with your body and inner wisdom

  • feel held, supported, and deeply at ease

You don’t need experience, special tools, or a perfectly calm mind — just a willingness to show up as you are. Some evenings may feel deeply still, others restorative or reflective. All of them are an invitation to come home to yourself.

This is not about fixing yourself.
It’s about remembering how to rest.
