This sanctuary was created from my own journey back to health - a path that began when I was diagsnosed with POTS (postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome) and told “there’s nothing you can do - learn to live with it”. Exhausted, and barely able to get off the couch or out of bed to play with my young son I felt lost and hopeless. After being dismissed and let down by the modern medical system, I found a different way forward: one rooted in deep self-trust, natural healing, and unwavering faith in the body’s wisdom. That transformation changed everything. My entire existence spun on its axis. I learned that healing isn’t linear. It’s messy and magical. It asks us to listen, to be brave, to go inward - even when it’s uncomfortable. And it becomes so much more powerful when done in community. At The Starseed Sanctuary, I offer a safe, non-clinical space that feels more like a nurturing nest than a traditional wellness clinic. It’s a judgement-free zone for those who feel “too sensitive,” “too quirky,” or simply misunderstood by the mainstream. If you’ve been dismissed, ignored, or made to feel like your symptoms or struggles are “in your head,” please know; this is not that place. Here you are seen. You’re held. And you’re reminded that your body is not broken - it’s just trying to speak to you. Through my offerings of kinesiology, reiki, meditation, massage, sound healing and womens circles, I support you in tuning back in. You don’t need to know all the answers or have it all together - you just need to be open to learning, willing to do the work (even when it gets a bit gnarly) and ready to stop playing small.
